Travel the Grand Cru wine route of the Burgundy wine lands on a half-day tour from Dijon, and visit the wine capital on a stroll around the historic city of Beaune.
You will be in the hands of an expert sommelier, wine collector or producer, traveling along scenic roads that take you past vineyards and rural villages. Discover the vineyards of famous Grand Cru appellations, such as the Romanée Conti, Clos de Vougeot, Chambertin, and Montrachet, passing abbeys, castles, and Roman churches along the way.
Stop to taste a selection of Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits wines. Your sommelier will introduce you to 5 to 7 white and Pinot Noir red wines, including some extraordinary Premiere and Grand Cru wines.
Then, enjoy some free time wandering the historic streets of Beaune, Burgundy’s picturesque capital. Discover traditional shops selling typical produce of the region, including blackcurrant liquor, mustard, honey spice cake, and the aniseed of Flavigny.
