What people are saying about Delphi, Greece
Marianna was one of the best guides I have come across. Totally aware of travel protocol, traveller comfort and concerns, always working comfortably with time limits and smooth transitions. Her speaking voice clear, concise and audible. Very patient, charming and pleasant. First class.
My tour-guide Marianna was very knowledgable and very accommodating and carried the group well in terms of explaining the site in advance so we would have context once we got there. She is truly great and I would specifically book a tour with her based on my previous experience.
Evangelos was SUPER AWESOME! For nearly 12 hours from start to hotels stop off, he was animated, willing to answer questions on so many things Greek.... besides the historical/archaelogical site. Dint hurt that he is a History Major..... He really enjoyed sharing information and his insights on Greek culture, food, women :). Best choice tp site just behind or close to his seat. Bus was Clean and the Driver professional. Managing to go past another bus in the Main Street of Arachova was amazing. Overall, great trip. will book again with Key Tours1 best
The trip was comprehensive with interesting commentary enroute. The pacing was good so there was plenty of time for the slower walkers. The guide was extremely knowledgeable but lacked empathy when a man fell and dislocated his finger. A basic first aid kit should be carried on all trips. Fortunately there were enough medically trained people in the group to assist.
This was a great tour. The guide was great in telling us the history of the sites and places we visited. The bus was very modern and comfortable. The places we visited were very interesting and they all have tremendous character. I wished we had a little more time at the archeological site and museum but we did see a lot. Even the local restaurant we went to was great especially for the price. All and all a great experience and highly recommended.
