Worth it. Glad we did it, but would change Albaycin tour

The worst part- the local company and this website have totally different pick up locations. Be very careful to go to the right place. Really enjoyed the tour of Al-Hambra. Gustavo was an amazing tour guide. He was humorous and engaging and I really enjoyed learning from him. Our tour guide on the way up/ for Albaycin was okay. Her English was a little hard to understand at times, but she was kind and sweet. I wish we hadn't booked the Albaycin. We saw cool stuff, but would have enjoyed some solo exploration more. Albaycin was fine, but not worth the money or the inability to do touring alone. Another thing, we got some free time to rest during our al-Hambra tour but the free time took place in outside of Al-Hambra. I wish we had some free time to explore al-Hambra. I wanted to see some things for longer, but that opportunity never arose. A don't regret doing this day trip at all and would recommend, but wish I could make some minor tweaks.

Friendly and knowledgeable guide and great tour

Alhambra is a must touristic attraction but there are so much to learn and so many differnet areas to discover, it would've been really hard to look around if you did not have guide. I recommend guided tour for this attraction for sure and our guide was very well spoken and very knowledgeable with history. We had 15 people in our tour group which 9 of them were my family with little kids, and he was very patient throughout in such a hot day. This tour is long and lots of walking so please be prepared. Although hope all the tour guide is clear about the under 2y old ticket because when I was booking online, they did not add on

It was a good tour and we really enjoyed our tour guide.

We almost missed our guided tour at the Alhambra because our information sheet from your company told us to meet at the parking lot 1 BUT the guide was at a different location and that caused a lot of stress for us! Please make sure in the future that the guides are where you tell your guests to meet them! Our guide did apologize for the inconvenience though, and we did enjoy his tour. But we thought we were going to miss this paid tour and not see the Alhambra, which is the reason why we came to Granada! So glad we finally found him near the entrance gate but that is NOT where we were told to meet!

Nice tour, but try to get tickets on your own

I booked this tour, because I couldn't get tickets on my own (i.e. because tour operators buy lots of them and sell them afterwards...) In principle it is a nice tour and you see all important places within the Alhambra, but I would wish for more time to remain longer at certain places. Furthermore keep in mind that the tour is bilingual, so the guide switchs between English and Spanish. Therefore it was too pricey, but they completely know that people like me would pay overrated prices to get inside... My recommendation: try to get tickets on your own and save the money for wine and Tapas!

Alba was great, however the Alhambra is way too crowded!

Albas guidance was nice and informative. However, too many tickets are sold every day for visitors to explore the beautiful Alhambra. That causes a rush through a crowd and there is no time nor space to enjoy the beauty of the place. I recommend to go to the Alhambra EARLY in the morning (7:00 am) and to use an audio guide instead of a guided tour. That gives at least the possibility to visit the monument in your own pace.
