What people are saying about Charles University
Filip, our guide, had an uphill battle, as I had 10 college students who'd already toured the Jewish Museum and had lunch on a very warm day, before we met for this tour. On the onset, students were lethargic and difficult to engage, but by the end of the tour, Filip had managed to pull everyone in to Kafka's life and work. I strongly recommend to individuals and small groups interested in the literary master. Thanks, Filip!
I would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see all the main attractions of Prague. The transfer service from our hotel was prompt and courteous and our guide [Dana] spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the history of Prague and the various periods of architecture. The tour includes a typical Czech lunch and is good value for money.
Our guide, Andrea, did an amazing job. She spoke fluent English and was very knowledgable about both the history and the interesting facts about the sites. This tour allowed me to enjoy the old town of Prague, appreciate the Jewish quarter, and love the Charles bridge and castle in ways I never knew possible. Definitely book this tour!
Our guide has a University degree in literature and has spent many years studying Kafka’s life and writings as well as the history of Prague. We also stopped for a coffee which was included and was a nice chance to rest and to talk about Kafka. This is a must tour for any Kafka fan. It was truly excellent.
Our guide Margaret was excellent she knew the tour history etc inside out and was good company despite the rain. Had a lovely lunch which the tour guide sits and eats with you. Answered all our questions and even took us to the French embassy at out request as the massacre had happened the night before
