What people are saying about Cascais

An great area to visit and so beautiful! Definitely recommend!

This was a super tour that was lead by a wonderful tour guide, Phillip. Phillip knew the area extremely well, was very friendly and so considerate of all the participants on the tour. The tour was well planned, organized, and in a comfortable mini van, small group, best way to go!

Great great tour thanks to Diogo our guide.

Everything was well planned by Diogo. Prompt pick up and a full exciting adventurous day was had. All 6 of us were extremely happy with the amount of knowledge that Diogo had about the areas we visited. Diogo is a professional, and we would highly recommend him to anyone that is truly interested in knowing more about this beautiful country. Thank you.

Ines is wonderful, as well as the beautiful Sintra

It is an excursion that worths. The are lovely, we have had lunch in a very tasty restaurant in Cascais and at a very good price and I have been impressed, above all, Roca da Inferno. Next time I return to Portugal (hopefully next month), I will visit some other places.

Great small group tour, safe driving, informative and stress-free

Two of us went on this tour and found it excellent - there were only 7 in our party, and would only have been room for one more. We liked that our guide chatted en route about places we passed and Portuguese history & culture, and then at stops pointed out things we might like to do but left us free to pursue them ourselves. It meant we had an informative day, with all the transport taken care of, but didn’t feel like we were being herded around looking at things we weren’t so interested in. For instance, we particularly enjoyed visiting the Quinta da Regaleira gardens which we wouldn’t have thought about doing without our guide, whereas others on the tour spent more time in Sintra town. Our main reason for joining the tour was to see Pena Palace and here our guide came in with us to explain the history and then gave us enough time to look around the inside and the exterior walls as we chose. Timings were approx 1 hr in Cascais; 30min Cabo da Roca; 2hrs Sintra; 1hr30min at Pena Palace
