Very interesting day. Not strenuous but not for couch potatoes. I was tired when I got back to the hotel. Saw towering buildings as we left Ho Chi Minh City, then small towns and a bit of rural life along & near the river. LOTS of small ferries crossing the river. Hang was an informative and enthusiastic guide. She was quick to respond to questions but there were few, as, speaking for myself, she often covered your curiosity just before you could ask the question. The boat was comfortable, fast when needed, slow and smooth when Hang was pointing out something interesting. The information from the tour will make the rest of my trip more interesting. Plenty of cool water and fruit on the boat, plentiful lunch on a farm. AND, no souvenir shops or sales pitches the entire trip. Expensive, compared to other tours but worth it.

Experiencing the tunnels was fascinating, and if you are interested in the war history it is must do. The Cao Dai temple is truly unique and the history of the religion very interesting. Visiting the Black virgin mountain is a must to get an idea of the scope and size of the area. The Buddhist temple and shrine is well maintained and beautiful to see. Thao (Tina) our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions, she also told us interesting folk tales and a lot more about Vietnamese culture.

A great way to see life on the Mekong delta from the water as we travelled from The hustle & bustle of Saigon upstream to quiet village life away from the city. Saw local markets and temples on the way and were not taken to any areas where we saw other tourist during the whole experience. A good quality lunch and Plenty of refreshments were provided throughout the trip and our guide Hang was excellent at providing running commentary on everything we saw.

This tour was amazing and well organized. The temple was so beautiful, lunch was fantastic and the tunnels were so very interesting to hear about. The tunnels were hard to crawl in. You have to be somewhat in shape to take part. Tour guide Tam was knowledgeable and his English was good. We really enjoyed chatting with him.

Visiting Cu Chi tunnels was a great experience. The Cao Dai temple is also worth to visit. The guide (Tina) was very good - great stories and funny! Quality of the bus was average and taking the option with lunch was not the best idea (we were served less and worse food than people who ordered food on their own!)
