What people are saying about Campo de' Fiori

A combination of good food and interesting locations

All went smoothly from the time we met Marta, our guide, in the Campo di Fiori, slightly off the beaten Roman tourist trail. Stopping occasionally to give us fascinating insights regarding the history of the places we visited, she also led our small group to several small restaurants to sample genuine Italian dishes. The pizzas on the thinnest of crusts were delicious and very unlike what we would expect of a pizza at home. And we were introduced to food we hadn't tried before - including suppli (rice balls) and globe artichokes cooked in traditional Roman-Jewish style in the former Ghetto. Wine and finally a wide choice of ice-creams rounded off a really enjoyable evening. Thank you, Marta, for your efficiency throughout.

Our guide was friendly, kind, patient, informative and at times funny.

Great way to discover foods and wines of Rome and meet people from all over the world. Great experience.

Totally worth it! Wish We would have done it sooner!

Malta was our guide, she was amazing! So knowledgeable and fun. She made it very educational and personable. She got to tell us about each place, it’s origins and why she was actually taking us where she was. Absolutely recommend!

Fabulous local insight to food and history told with passion

Our guide Matteau (think that's right?) was wonderful we were very fortunate to be the only 2 on his tour, but meant we got a superb repour and all the Q's and A's one could want. He was extremely knowledgeable about Rome, its origins and cultures. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the tour, it was varied, he used a tablet to show the historical appearances of buildings and described vividly of the demise of some areas. The food aspect was just balanced enough, almost too much, but spread out enough to enable us to appreciate the tastings and its roots in history. Thank you

WoW! By far the best way to explore Rome!

We had the best tour we could have with our Guide ”professor” Edi ! It was our first time on the Segway, but it was very easy to learn. For three hours we saw the best of Rome and had so much fun !
