Great guide and driver; TERRIBLE tour company

The tour was informative and interesting. The guide (Aya) was professional and full of information. I do feel the Coptic Quarter could have a more comprehensive visit. We missed a few main buildings and it is only when I asked to see them, that I was allowed. I would also have liked to have seen the Coptic Museum which we walked past. Khan El Khalili was canceled (was only told that day) as apparently it was closed to tourists that day (New Year's Eve). An alternative was only offered when I made a fuss and called the tour company. They were happy to cut the tour short and bring me home. What a waste! I demanded something else much to the rep's annoyance. For this reason, only 3 stars. I would not recommend this tour company. I was brought to another mosque which was great as well as another museum . I paid for it myself. The tour company also didn't respond to any of my 4 emails seeking confirmation; the number listed doesn't work (I and other Egyptians tried it).

Fantastic day trip with a very informative and wonderful guide.

My friend, my 2 teenagers and myself were really looking forward to this day trip from Cairo to Alexandria. It took about 2 1/2 hours but the bus was comfortable and our wonderful guide Bossi provided drinks and snacks for the journey that was very considerate as the guide and the driver were fasting as we visited during Ramadan. There were also a comfort break during the drive. We visited all the places mentioned on the tour description. Our guide Bossi was absolutely amazing and really made the trip for us. She has a passion for ancient Egypt archeology and her enthusiasm was infectious... I personally learned so much. Our meal was delicious and Bossi arranged a wonderful table for us with an amazing sea view. Thank you Bossi and Emo Tours.

Very interesting and beautiful city, great tour.

Alexandria is an exceptionally interesting city with much history. The journey from Cairo was comfortable in a private car with driver and guide, collection from the hotel in downtown cairo. The guide was fantastic, enthusiastic, knowledgable and informative and great company. We were shown the catacombs, pompeii's pillar, the fortress where the old lighthouse originally stood and the library. Lunch was included and was at a local seafood restaurant, the fish was fresh and a had a great selection. The guide was fantastic and made the tour well worth taking.

Our guide Emy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended

Emy picked us up from our hotel at the allotted time and introduced us to the others on the tour and gave us each a snack pack. On the drive to Alexandria she talked about its history and the sites that we will visit. She was also very happy to take photos of us when we asked. She knew the best positions for photos as well. A great day was had by all.

Good trip. Plenty of sites and activities for a one day trip.

Didn’t really appreciate the additional stop back in Cairo to try to sell us papyrus paper products. High pressure and unnecessary. We were asked if we wanted to go but didn’t realize it was a sales gimmick. That should be explained in detail not as a special additional thing or we were being treated better Just wrong.
