Full description
Join the longest established coach operator in Cairns, for a full-day adventure to beautiful Kuranda, located in the middle of World Heritage Rainforest.

Your day tour includes a visit to the award-winning Rainforestation Nature Park, where you can take a tour on a historic World War II Army Duck over land and through water. Your friendly and informative Duck Drivers will identify and explain the flora and fauna of some of the world’s oldest rainforest as you sit back and enjoy the peaceful surrounds.

Enjoy a guided tour of the Koala & Wildlife Park and see native Australian animals, including koalas, snakes, dingoes, a cassowary and the only Tasmanian Devils in North Queensland.

The Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience is unforgettable. Follow your Pamagirri Guide along the Dreamtime Walk down the Rainbow Serpent pathway and learn how to throw a traditional boomerang. Your Pamagirri guide will demonstrate traditional spear throwing as well as a didgeridoo presentation, followed by an energetic and interactive traditional Aboriginal dance performance in our Rainforest Amphitheatre.

Join your Pamagirri guide for the Bush Tucka Walk, where you will learn about the different plants, fruits and berries traditionally used as food and remedies in indigenous culture, as well as Aboriginal huts (gunyas), artefacts and implements. You will also take part in an Aboriginal art workshop with a Pamagirri artist, where you can learn about painting techniques, storytelling and traditions. You will then create and take home your very own Aboriginal canvas artwork.
