What people are saying about Burano
All the islands were enjoyable and the tour was good value. Glass blowing was good but v busy with many people having to stand. Some people have mentioned that Torcello was boring, actually I really liked that island with its cathedral from the 7th century, a nice soothing change of pace from Venice.
Thought this was a great value for money trip that gave us a good overview of the 3 islands. Loved Burano & Murano & enjoyed Torcello more than I was expecting. Length of time was fine. Murano glass blowing was great - kids still can’t believe he could make a horse in such a short space of time.
Amazing to experience the other islands surrounding venice. Adequate time on each island. Tour guide was absolutely lovely and spoke 5 languages so chances are she can speak in your native tongue! Value for money was amazing and would 100% recommend this experience to everyone!
We loved this. Great food and service and a special experience. We would have liked to be told which islands and parts of Venice we were passing, to enhance the experience. The waiters did point out some landmarks for us when we asked.
Lots of information provided by the guide and time on Murano well worth it. Trip to Burano was good just to take a walk and look at the architecture. The visit to the lace makers was not really for us.
