Full description
Within an easy reach of Budapest city centre, there is a different world where nature still dominates, with forest cover, scattered meadows, and invigorating fresh air. Enjoy your guided walk through this unique land, connecting the most interesting spots and providing scenic views of the capital. The area is also an important nature reserve, and you'll learn about the designated rare plants and animal species, as well as the unique rock features and massive old trees found here.

During the walk, you will also hear stories of the past and see some of the historical features of the forest. Then, after a short ascent up to the top of the highest hilltop in Budapest, you can enjoy a full panoramic view of the surrounding landscapes. Afterwards, you can choose between a challenging downhill walk or the optional chairlift for an easier and more comfortable return to the foot of the hill.
