The workshop started off with a brief education of where chocolate comes from, followed by tasting 4 samples. They then walked us through creating 3 different types of chocolates, which we decorated ourselves and then got to take with us! Great value for the money; I highly recommend!
Beautiful museum. Lot of things to learn about the colonial times, but also about today. Easy to move within the different rooms and very good explanations (and in four languages). It is a pity the restaurant/cafeteria is closed, I would have stayed longer.
The workshop is really interesting and gives you the opportunity to know more about chocolate (even as a Belgian citizen!). The second part of the workshop encourages you to be creative, with the help of a professional, it's really fun!
This Museum is a must see trip if you are in Brussel and have Children, are interested in trains, technic or history. Very pleasant possibility to understand and look into the life of your grandparents
Het meest interessante: de geschiedenis van het ontstaan tot opening expo '58 en de beleving bij deze wereldtentoonstelling. En het panoramisch uitzicht.
