Full description
Your tour will begin as you leave your hotel to take your way to the east of Bogota towards the Andes Mountain chain. This is where the Chingaza Park is located, and once there you will continue heading up to the national park. You'll soon cross some mountains, which will turn into paramos, many meters above the thermal floor.

Following that, head to the Parque Nacional Natural Chingaza. There you will walk through ecological paths and enjoy the fauna and flora that exist in this location. You'll discover a natural water factory among the complex of ecosystems, which provides water to more than 12 million people. You'll then head out of the national park as you travel to La Calera town. You'll once again cross the landscape of the paramos, leaving behind this wonderful ecosystem.

Once in La Calera, you will drop in for an optional lunch in very typical restaurant. This experience will introduce you to new flavors, local seasoning, and traditional dishes. At the conclusion of your experience, you will head back to Bogotá whilst enjoying the valley on the return journey.
