What people are saying about Berlin

Brilliant: fun, challenging, a Berlin 'underview' I would do it again

Finding the base of Hot Rods takes you to the East Side, somewhere worth exploring anyway. The staff were enthusiastic, helpful, informative and above all safety and legally conscious without being boring. In fact, there is nothing about this tour that is boring :) Once you get the hang of the Hot Rods, they have surprising ohpmf, tricky around corners, but that is half the fun. Our guide kept an eye on us constantly, which is probably why he is not talking through a microphone giving us the facts of Berlin. So this will not give you history, dates, etc. but you really get a feel for the contrasts and differences existing within this rich city. Thank you Daan & team.

Fun way to see the city in a short time!

We really enjoyed our segway tour of Berlin. After a short training we rode off on the streets of Berlin, hopping between East and West side with ease. Our guide gave us a comprehensive and factual view over the city packed full of tips and personal facts on how the city was growing. Massive thanks to our travel agency Meine Städte for recommending and booking the trip for us!

Berlin sightseeing beyond my expectations

We booked on purpose the evening boat trip as we knew the time frame would suit best seeing some attractions in day light and others illuminated during the night. Being on the deck of the boat while passing through the Bundestag area proved to be an impressive experience that one will not be able to get just by simply visiting the surroundings. The nocturnal architecture of Berlin is majestic! Although we were expecting the live guide to do the presentation only in German, she actually translated everything in English, which only brought more historical insight to our trip. The duration of the journey was entirely respected and we managed to pass through many neighborhoods, beautiful bridges, famous attractions and picturesque areas outside the touristic centre of Berlin. We felt that less than 2h can be a short trip and 4h can be too much so we were really happy with our choice. Best way to see the city! It can be chilly at night on the canals so we would recommend warm clothes :)

fun, relaxing, informative, scenic, very awesome

our family booked the trabi limo tour with Sebastian for an evening after we were all exhausted from a day seeing "serious" sights. within minutes of meeting Sebastian and climbing into the, very funky and cool, trabi limo our mood was uplifted and we were chatting and laughing as Sebastian drove us around explaining the history of the various sights we were passing. The pace was perfect, very leisurely, and Sebastian,s commentary the perfect, enthusiastic, knowledgeable complement. There was always time to stop for a longer view or to take a photo, pace was such that we could open the panoramic sunroofs and stand up for good stretches without freezing in December, and just being in the trabi was fun, like a vintage stretched out toy car that was the center of attention as we tooled around. It was great fun for the 4 of us and certainly a highlight of our visit.

Great introduction to the city, fabulous guide, great fun.

Easy to find the pick up point. Knowledgeable friendly guide - gave a sensitive history of the city. Great activity for your first day to see all the main sights you can then choose which ones to go back and see in detail. We covered a great distance that I wouldn't want to have walked and would have missed seeing so much if we'd travelled underground.
