We had a problem at the very beginning of the tour. I booked on line and I could not download the voucher. Not very tecky, and when I tried to get the voucher, it wanted me to download some app. I went to the yellow bus tour booth to ask what I needed. They told me all I needed was the confirmation code in the confirmation email. I was happy with that. On The morning off the tour, the very very rude and unhelpful lady told me I had to download the voucher and I couldn’t go unless I had the voucher. There was a young man there too and he helped me hook up to the WiFi there and with a little difficulty he was able to download the voucher. He was most helpful, the lady on the computer was so rude and unhelpful, I couldn’t believe it. Once all that was sorted out, we loved the whole tour.

This was our first trip to Portugal. This was a great tour with the opportunity to see 4 cities out side of Lisbon with distinct personalities/history. We had a small group of 8 and spent plenty of time in each area- had enough time for lunch and drinks and did not feel rushed. Obidos was my favorite would have liked to have had more time in that area but the guide did ask in the beginning if there were any towns we wanted extra time in. We just didn't know not having been there. We have been on numerous tours in Italy and other countries- this was a great tour and great value. Not as rushed as many of the tours we have been on.

We booked this tour on the last minute and are totally happy we did it. The 4 small towns are totally different from each other. Paolo our guide was very good in what he is doing, friendly and a great guide. We highly recommend him. Thanks a lot Paolo.

Raquel guide was very kind and good at English. Her accent was just like American so it was easy to communicate with me. She is an expert of Portugues history and culture, and her explanation is very interesting.

Adrian was a knowledgable and thoughtful guide. I had problems with the pick up site (Fado museum which is very far from NH hotel Liberdade) but Adrian made sure I was dropped off at my hotel to make up for it.
