Highlights
  • Sail along the coast of Barcelona on board a luxury sailboat
  • Visit a modern winery in Alella and its vineyards
  • Enjoy a wine tasting by a professional enologist
Full description
Have an exclusive sailing experience onboard a luxury sailboat and sail to one of the oldest wine regions in Spain, where you'll visit a wine cellar and taste 3 Mediterranean organic wines.

Board a unique and luxury sailboat and travel along the coast while taking in views of Barcelona’s landmarks and skyline. While sailing, enjoy some snacks like olives, chips or crackers and soft drinks, beer, water, wine, or champagne. After sailing, arrive at Alella harbor, and a private transfer will take you to the vineyard. Expert sommeliers will welcome you at this family winery, a beautiful 14th-century structure surrounded by vineyards and the Mediterranean Sea.

Stroll along its vineyards that have been cultivated for 25 years, now cultivated using modern and organic techniques. The wines of Alella have a long history: during the Middle Ages, they were favourites in the Barcelona Cathedral, later to become one of the quality wines exported from Catalonia throughout the world. After a relaxing morning tasting 3 of their exclusive wines, return to the city in a luxury minivan.

It was a perfect day. Sailing trip was beyond spectacular. The boat was lovely and captain a great navigator and host. The vineyard was a small operation and the pride of their product came shining through in their gracious reception. The wines were delicious and the view beyond words. I highly recommend this tour.

Relaxing, informative, professionally run

4 fine wines in lovely sunny surroundings in the vineyard's courtyard. Wine production tour was short, sweet and to the point, followed by tomato bread and selection of wines. Herman the boat driver was super cool and stopped to let us jump off and swim for a bit before we reached the vineyard.

Attentive guides on boat, tour and journey back. Sommelier was highly knowledgable and informative and answered all our questions. However the light brunch consists of sharing a couple of bowls of olives and crisps among 9. All of the group were expecting more ‘food’ to eat. The picture advertising the trip is not the boat or food provided therefore the company need to rethink their advertising and choice of words. However we all enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend it.
