The class was really wonderful. Even though I was the only person booked in for the afternoon (and was unable to change the date) they still accommodated me. All staff were lovely and informative and the location up in the hills was incredible as well as the space for the class. Made sooooo much food and was able to take it home along with the recipe book (with added recipes inside).

It was lovely being shown the market and having different National dishes explained. The hosts were very funny and polite. Compared to other cooking classes I have been on it was a group cooking class. You were partnered up to prep and cook as opposed to doing it individually. In a way more tailored to couples than solo travellers. However still a good experience and the food was amazing.

The home was lovely and the kitchen space large and open so it had air flowing through to keep the temperature comfortable. Just the right number of dishes and amount of food. There was great cooking instructions provided and the pace was perfect. You don’t do all the prep and cooking; you take turns. But this was comfortable and just right to fill the 3 hours. Lovely large kitchen tables to eat st so there was great conversation among guests and travellers while eating; an added bonus.
