What people are saying about Baku
This tour was simply perfect: not just because we've seen such adorable sites around Baku like the firing mountain and the sacred place of the zoroastrians, but in addition to many interesting information about the above mentioned famous locations, we learnt from our guide, Ramin a lot of things about the country, their residents and the family life in Azerbaijan. He was really kind and helpful. This tour is a perfect choice to come to know the history of this beautiful country.
We stayed only a few days in Baku und this excusion was a nice trip to get a little impression about the country. Yanardag was only a small natural gaz fire, so we were a little bit disappointed but nevertheless it was worth seeing it. The temple Ateshgar was beautiful and we got a guided tour through the temple, which was interesting. The market was nothing spectacular but also nice. Overall it was a nice trip!
What you need to know: Wear comfortable clothing since you will be spending a total of 8 hours of the day in the car. The tour guide was understanding, professional, courteous and polite. The driver Anar was hilarious. Overall a great experience I would recommend everyone to go for it if you have the time to spend a day outside of Baku for a bit of adventure and nature.
We didn't visit the mosque but I just thought we hadn't paid for it and so didn't question. However we thorougly enjoyed it. Road to volcanos is eventful - bumpy and through what looks like a landfill sit but it added to the experience. Our driver was great, the guide at Gobustan spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable
The tour was very good and satisfying. This guide company have highly professional and committed guides. Mr. Yallchin of PTA in control room and Rafael and Rauf as guide were outstanding.
