Full description
With complimentary hotel pick-up, climb aboard your deluxe coach in the morning and prepare to leave the city behind. Wind through rural New Zealand and take in scenic rolling hills and the picturesque farmland of the Waikato, enjoying a short break for morning tea en route. Upon arrival at Waitomo Caves, embark on a guided tour that’ll take you into the heart of this subterranean wonderland. Learn about the limestone cave formations from an experienced guide as you explore on foot, before hopping onto a small boat. Your tour concludes as you along an underground river into the famous Glowworm Caves, lit by nothing but the enchanting bioluminescence of thousands of tiny glowworms.

Allow your eyes to adjust as you board your coach for the onward journey to Rotorua. Tuck into a picnic lunch on board and listen as your driver provides informative commentary along the way. Upon arrival in Rotorua, it’s time for a unique New Zealand farm experience at the Agrodome. See sheepdog trials, ride on tractors and learn about the significance of farming in New Zealand.

See bubbling mud pools and steaming geysers and enjoy a traditional Māori performance at Te Puia before you head over to explore the Māori Arts & Crafts Institute, where you can see the ancient wood carving and textile weaving techniques passed down to today’s generation. Great day. Long drive. Driver commentary was informative. Not enough time at Te Puia but the performace was amazing

I found it poorly organized, and having to eat lunch on the bus on the way to another place, not appropriate. The helmets they gave us for the audio guide didn't work, because they didn't sound good and they didn't change them after claiming it several times. Too much time by bus for what you finally see.

After confirming that the meeting place had changed, I contacted me for confirmation several times, but there was no firm reply and I was given a place 3 minutes before the meeting time. I told them to wait because I couldn't make it in time, but the bus didn't wait after all. I decided to join another tour, but it was the worst feeling. I was surprised that the response was too bad even though it was not particularly cheap compared to other sites.
