Bad end to a fab trip, best just to book burj khalifa on its own

Had an amazing night up the burj khalifa on valentines evening which was topped off by a marriage proposal. Trip was great value for money and was just as advertised although when we arrived at the Armani Deli for our meal they stated they didn't have our booking, they also couldn't seat us outside even though I had personally emailed them requesting this week's before we travelled. Is showed them thw confermation on my phone and gave them a nite of the booking reference but our meal was rudely interrupted on numerous occasions by the manager who wanted to see the mobile confirmation on my phone again then he also wanted us to email it to him so he had proof we actually had a booking ! All this was not ideal on our romantic evening and also it was uncalled for when he could clearly see we had a paid and confirmed booking from the confirmation he asked to see on my phone on numerous occasions. All this really ruined what had started off as a fab tripdeals. Wished we hadn't took this de

Really good value for money and fantastic experiences

Queues down stairs in the mall for At the top experience was bit hectic and bordering disorganised. Our ticket was for 8pm we managed to get through the checkin and up the Burj Khalifa for 6.30pm and in time for sunset which was fantastic experience. The queues back down for the elevator were backing up around the gift shop by 7.30 (we didn't know about fast track tickets for the down elevator). The three course meal at the Armani hotel was really good quality food and reasonably priced bottles of wine .we managed to sit out side on the decking over looking the water fountain show which was even better and more spectacular at night time . Really good experience from start to finish and great value for money

Very friendly guide and also very accommodating

She went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy and went over and above to make sure my husband could attend the dinner as we didn't get a message saying he had to wear long trousers. She was very knowledgable and pleasant and was very patient with some one the tour that were not following instructions. I thought the highlights we saw were amazing and well worth the money of the trip. My only comment is that in the tour you should include the ticket to go right to the top of the Burg Khalifa I didn't realise we only went to the first two viewing platforms I would have paid more to go to the top if I had known. Overall a great experience.

v good tour , all good except Saga stop. Souk stop preferred!

Overall , really enjoyed the tour , good use of time to see city highlights. Although the Saga stop was educational, I would have thought the city had much better sights , maybe a traditional souk? Food was excellent at the Armani and the fountains and burn kalefa were great. The tour rep was really friendly, the only criticism was that we had booked for the English guide experience, however as she had booked a group of 10 Spanish friends on that day , the tour was done predominantly in Spanish with the occasional English translation... However overall very good trip and value for money .

Excellent value for money, something you have to do!

Fantastic experience visiting the 124th floor of the famous Burj Khalifa. Great way to finish by dining in the luxury of the Armani Hotel. 3 course meal was delicious, portion sizes to be expected for fine dining. Great views of the dancing fountains whilst eating on the terrace. Overall great value for money...we couldn't afford to eat up the Khalfia or the Burj Al Arab on this occasion so this deal was perfect for us. After all trip advisor rates the Armani hotel #2 in Dubai. Would 100% recommend!
