No problems meeting our guide at main entrance of Alhambra. Our guide (Racha) was lovely, extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the monument. The tour overran due to a bit of queuing to get in to certain buildings but Racha willingly continued so that we saw everything, which was a nice touch. My friends and I loved the Alhambra, especially the Generalife (gardens) and having Racha to guide us round and provide historical context was invaluable. The only small criticism we had was the audio equipment. Some of us struggled to hear Racha at all times. Moving the earpiece around helped but didn't completely solve matters. There were only 10 people in our group but you are still reliant on the audio to stay in touch with your guide during the tour. We would throughly recommend this tour. Just make sure you sort your audio equipment out before the tour starts.

Marie Carmen was a perfect guide and this was a lovely sized tour. 3 hours is long but she showed us enough to be thorough and keep it interesting, focusing on stories and the palace’s colorful history. Our small group size helped us maneuver around crowds well. Highly recommend this tour and Marie Carmen as a guide!

Our knowledge of the Alhambra was limited to the TV series "The Spanish Princess". However, having Juan Jimeno as our guide confirmed all presented on the series and more with great depth. Figure this, a movie can be produced from a written book but never in amazing details. Juan Jimeno is the book, the wikipedia.
