Poor bus service

We really enjoyed the Keukenhof gardens and arrived back at the meeting place for the bus 1 minute until 14:00. Another couple was there waiting also. They said they had been there for 5 minutes. The bus was not there and didn't show up, even though the attendant said it had. If it had, then it didn't wait until 14:00 to leave. We had to wait until 14:45 for another bus to arrive. Because of this, we were late to the Rijksmuseaum and didn't get to see much of the art work. We were very disappointed. Therefore, go to the gardens earlier in the day so you'll have time to attend the museum, or don't get the combination ticket.

Practical as a system but misleading for a 'live' guide

Everything went well for the transfer to Keukenhof, but great disappointment not to have the live Guide (English) promised on the electronic ticket. Besides, it was impossible to know if the guide was Keukenhof or the Riksmuseum. I was confirmed while waiting for Keukenhof that the tour was not guided.
