We did the Caves Boat & Jeep course. The boat was clean, newer, comfortable. We were seated in the back row, which was very loudly & offensively stated that this area was"designated for the "elderly". We are 71 & as fit as anyone else who was there. due to grey hair and older skin, We were told there was no option. I was the only person on the boat who had a camera better than a cell phone (I have a professional level camera) and I had come a long way be seated behind 3 side by side women who held their cell phones above their head, to get a better shot with no regard for the elderly people behind them. I stood up nearly the entire trip, bobbing & weaving, trying to get pictures between the many bent arms that filled my whole horizon. ANNOYING ON SO MANY LEVELS!!!! The Jeep ride was only okay, little commentary & a trip of 30 min. to a nice spot & 30 min. back. It was billed swimming on a beach was possible, we breezed right by that. Pretty spot, but not much of a tour.

Fantastic trip with super guides

We arrived at the meeting point and were soon met by 2 jeeps. We went with Bruno who was very helpful. It was great information and lovely to see the sights! On the boat trip we were with Kevin and Dino. They had a great sense of humour and we loved exploring the caves. Their English was all fantastic. We felt safe at all times and thoroughly loved seeing different parts of Portugal. Would highly recommend!

Such a fun and interesting day. I saw some of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen from both the boat and jeep tours. Our guide on the boat, Luiz, and driver, Deano, made the trip so entertaining full of laughs. The jeep tour offered an oppressive to see the amazing sights from a different perspective, even allowing for time to go cliff jumping and swimming in the natural pool that was passed and talked about earlier in the day on the boat trip. Overall, it was one of the best days that I spent in Portugal and I would definitely recommend planning a trip with Algarve Discovery.
