Very informative and practical experience in making pasta. The Chef was trying his very best to teach with the hope that we'll one day make a pasta plate from scratch (which we are confident to do). The meal that followed was very good. However, the waiter didn't know what we have in the pre-paid menu, end up having us ordered too much food and no room for desert. I mean, not able to eat the signature Tiramisu when it included was a pretty sad situation.
I did this with my mom and we were the only 2 people that morning. The chef was very nice and his english was good. He showed us the traditional method of making pasta by hand, then cutting, folding, twisting into maybe 10 variations of italian pastas. The lunch afterwards with the pasta alfredo was amazing! There was so much food. We did not leave hungry. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun activity!
We were only four and the responsible chef and waiter Carlo and his colleague were very good in explaining in an easy and affordable way how to produce good fettucine or whatever pasta 'fresh made'. A nice dinner as the next part of the evening. Well done!
Good food, attentive staff, super surprise and the gold cutlery also been used. A Roman Holiday is nothing without the Alfredo alla Scrofa :)
