What people are saying about Emerald Grotto

Our hosts were fantastic and accommodating. We reached Sorrento 30 minutes late. The bus pickup was waiting for us and it took us to the jetty in under 30 mins where we waited for another 30 mins before we got on our boat. The ride to Amalfi coast was fantastic and the hosts kept sharing information as we passed point of interests and were happy to answer any questions we had. They offered snacks and drinks while we were onboard. Upon reaching Amalfi, they offered us sandwiches. We had a 2 hour window to explore Amalfi, before heading out again for a swimming break, followed by a stopover at Positano. This was probably the best hospitality we got during our 15 days vacation in Europe. Don't miss out on Amalfi boat tour when in Naples or Sorrento.

Very good - 2 adults/ 2 kids under 10yrs. punctual pick-up, organised well, snacks (ham& cheese roll) & drinks provided on board. Friendly staff, good spoken English. Boat really nice. Wouldn’t bother taking snorkelling stuff, nothing really to see and didn’t have too long in the water - long enough though, the captain was guided by group so I think we could have had longer if the group as a whole would’ve liked. Front of boat quite exposed, so if you sit there you will need plenty of spf/ hat/ cover-up, plus towel as can get a bit splashy. Take some cash for local taxes (€20 for 4 of us).

We had an amazing time on this trip - our captains were super friendly and helpful. Yummy sandwich for lunch included and drop off/pick up straight to the hotel which was really nice. We loved visiting Amalfi and Positano, as well as stopping for a swim in different places along the way. Really good day out :)

Great way to experience Positano and Amalfi. The boat ride is so relaxing and although there wasn’t a lot of ‘guiding’ the scenery spoke for itself. We got to swim twice, we had enough time in both towns and the views from the water are spectacular. Heads up that there is not much shade.

Perfect day! On time, beautiful towns and fun. My family had a great day and I would highly recommend this tour.
