Your cycling adventure begins when you meet your guide at Ella Gap Hotel to get familiar with the bikes and learn some handy safety hints.  You’ll then cycle out across Demodara Nine Arch Bridge and veer off the main road into the wilderness. From here, you’ll ride through vast Sri Lankan paddy fields, pass by local tea plantations, and discover the native plants of a variety of regional spices.  Stop off to enjoy some refreshments at a nearby restaurant before heading back onto the main road and cycling onwards to Little Adam’s Peak, where you’ll take in spectacular views of the surrounding Ella countryside. Once you’ve cycled around 20 kilometers, you’ll find yourself back at your starting point, rejuvenated from all the fresh air and exercise ready for a well-deserved rest.
