What people are saying about El Sauzal

A really big surprise. A friendly welcome in the future. We had an assortment of adapted cheeses with 4 different wines. This from soft to harder with both cheese and wine. A wow feeling. We are not red wine drinkers at all, but our Belgian (room temperature) red wines are not at all comparable to those from here in the region, they are even served cold. After tasting a nice explanation about the grapes (even got to taste). And then you get the tour inside the room where everything is processed. And at the very bottom the biggest surprise, very specle space ;). During the tour you will also get to know 1 wine that is processed completely the same but then matures on land and the other under water. Same bottle, but what a difference due to pressure, sunlight and temperature. Delicious, definitely recommend to try them.

We enjoyed everything: learning about winemaking in Tenerife, viewing the gardens, tasting the wines, tasting the food, viewing the house, the wines, the grape garden--everything!

The treatment was great, very good service, great wines, especially the white ones, we liked them a lot

Great experience, the guide was really knowledgable and the wines were really good

Great tasting of local specialties and wines. Very well received, I recommend!
