    Amazing, David (Australian David) was spectacular so thorough, really had the perfect personality for the job, so engaging and really drew the crowd in. Genuinely learnt so much in 2 hours it was incredible highly recommend this as an Edinburgh staple for any visit.

    Enjoyed the experience, much to the credit of Margaret Ann. She was funny and informative, and made me jump out of my skin 2 or 3 times! however I personally felt I could have done without the ghostly aspects and just done a historic tour of the vaults instead.

    Very informative and tour guides are enthusiastic and great storytellers! Highly recommend! However make sure you’re ready to walk a while so wear comfy shoes!

We were lucky enough to have Tuesday as our Gide to the fascinating tour of the vaults. She was very good indeed. Very informative and knowledgeable about the area and history but also brought a good dose of humour to our tour. Could not recommend highly enough.

Very interesting look at some Edinburgh history that isn’t the norm. It scratches the surface of Edinburgh’s brutal past. Well worth it for a bit of something different
