      Steve the tour guide was very good. Shame that the underground section was not available (I knew this going into the tour, so that is ok) It did feel like that would have been the highlight of the tour and offered a different type of location. For the price, this was lots of fun and worth doing.

      Fun, good guide

      This was the one hour tour. The guide, Mark, was very well versed in the stories and had a flair for the dramatic. There are fortunately no staged jump-scared. The parts of the vaults that are accessible to the audience of this touring company is but 4/5 rooms. So the actual walk through is roughly the half of the tour.

      This was a fantastic experience!! Not only does it provide a history lesson on some of Edinburgh’s old legends but our tour guide, Artemis, was quite skilled at making us terrified without actually doing anything to us. Not gonna spoil anything, as this is something best experienced without knowing too much about it, but if you enjoy the thrill of fear, definitely consider this one!!
