The guide was very, very knowledgeable. But he was also considerate, explaining he’d like us to cross the street since most of us were in the hot sun. He was very aware of whether we were enjoying ourselves. He knew how to engage the group, interacting with us. His presentation was most enjoyable. He made it interesting and exciting in how he communicated the information! I would book with Charles again.

Met by friendly staff. I loved the fact that the tour guide had headphones as we did so that we could hear what she was saying. A defo plus. The tour was of interest with additional information thrown in as well as being able to extend on info when asked further questions. I think my tour guide was Nicky!

Incredibly insightful. Our guide was very mindful of social distancing and the company made it very easy for us. Our guide was also exceptionally knowledgable, and we asked him a few “strange” questions and he was able to give us fantastic answers about the city’s history. It is very recommendable!
