Full description

Head for the Highlands, whether in search of the Loch Ness Monster or just a scenic day trip from Edinburgh. After pickup, relax on the bus and listen to the guide’s entertaining commentary.

Visit Kilmahog for an introduction to the famous Highland Cows (depending on the time of year) and a cup of coffee. Next, travel up the road to Glencoe and enjoy a 10-minute photo stop in front of the unforgettable Highland views.

Have lunch in the Fort William area, where your guide can advise you on where to eat. If you're interested in the mysteries of the kilt, you can even get a ‘wee’ kilt introduction here. Then be whisked to Loch Ness itself.

Customize your experience at Loch Ness. Choose to visit the majestic Urquhart Castle, and hop on a boat in search of ‘Nessie’, as the locals call it. Or simply hang out on the pier and grab a coffee with gorgeous views.

On the way home, make a short snack stop in Pitlochry, a beautiful village in the heart of the country, before returning to Edinburgh.

"wee" Steve was wonderful , give the man a rise . Totally worth the money. The only downside was thar in some places the shops were already closed when we got there. As I said Steve Mcgregor was the best, his stories and humor were excellent, thanks for the experience.

I am truly in awe about Paul’s live commentary. He is the best guide I have ever met and made this experience literally unforgettable. He is extremely smart, organized, funny, and the most talented storyteller I have ever stumbled upon. He should be the host of a famous podcast by this time. Chapeau to him. The tour is very well organized, the sights are priceless and the coach is very clean and comfortable. There is no downside for this tour and it deserves even twice the money. Would repeat it any time in Paul’s company.

I have been on quite a few of these bus tours and this is by far my favorite! Part of it was due to the things we saw and the other part was due to our tour guide David. I wish everyone got to experience David. He was so energetic and happy to talk about all things Scotland. Could not have asked for a better trip! I recommend to do the castle and cruise. 30 minutes of cruise was plenty. One full hour would’ve been boring. The castle ruins were pretty cool.
