because of train closures due to the strike I missed the start of the tour because my train the day before was canceled. even though I missed the start they were kind enough to still let me have my castle ticket so I could at least make it into the castle.

The tour was quite good and the guide was nice. However, it is stated that a 2-hour city tour and a 1-hour visit to the castle are included. This is wrong! The walking tour lasted almost 90 minutes and then you are simply dropped off at the castle. There's no more guidance there. If you add the 20 euros for the castle entry at 70 euros per person, you have 50 euros for a Harry Potter walking tour, which otherwise always costs around 20 euros. So much too expensive!
