James Douglas - What a fantastic tour guide. Marvellous at story telling with great sense of humour. Great at remembering names too! 75 minutes of pure joy and knowledge about the history of this beautiful city. Highly recommend the tour especially at night, it adds to the climate. Money & time well spent!

Dr. Knox. Was the perfect tour guide! Charming, funny, informative and attentative. I'm fairly certain that the tour we attended wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for our lead (what a handsome devil he was also) . He was nothing short of amazing . The tour itself was a really interesting insight into the history or Edinburgh through the years with tidbits spread throughout. Can't recommend this tour enough. Visited a few museums the day after and the topics in the tour were often brought up in a number of displays. Thank you, Liam and Frog

Campy in a good way. Lord Villar stayed in character the whole time. He had fun with the role. No on was lost on the tour in the dark and it was a big group. Light hearted without being disrespectful to the serious topics. Very informative. Audience participation is at Lord Villar’s discretion.
