Choose between a morning or afternoon 4.5-hour of the Killing Fields and the Security Prison S21. Start with a ride to the Genocide Museum (also known as Prison S21). The prison comprises 4 buildings with exhibitions in several rooms. Prison survivors are sometimes present to talk to visitors and share their experiences. After an hour and 15 minutes at the museum, meet the tour assistant at the main entrance to continue the tour. During a 30-40-minute drive to the Killing Fields, watch a documentary on the Khmer Rouge regime. There will be around 1 hour and 15 minutes to explore the site. Finally we head to a hidden garden to enjoy a creative cocktail, inspired by local Cambodian flavors. Meet up at Siem Reaper bike shop in Phnom Penh at 7:20 am. The tour will depart at 7:30 am sharp. After a quick bike fitting and briefing, we head out of Phnom Penh city. After that, you’re set to board the ferry going to Silk Island. Once you arrive, get ready for an exciting cycling adventure that will take you through the countryside and farming villages of Phnom Penh. Be prepared to experience and observe the local culture and way of life as well as enjoy some breathtaking views of the rural landscape! We will take a visit to the unique craft of silk weaving.
