  • Dubrovnik 3-Hour Sea Kayaking Tour with Snack

    1. Dubrovnik 3-Hour Sea Kayaking Tour with Snack

This Dubrovnik Sea Kayaking Tour begins with a safety briefing at the park below Pile Gate before you head off with your guide across the channel and around the cursed Island of Lokrum. You’ll make several stops at points of interest along the way. On the 2.5-3 hour tour you’ll be accompanied by a guide that speaks excellent English and is very familiar with the coastline around Dubrovnik. Learn about the curse of the island and the history of Dubrovnik, previously known as Ragusa. Stop at one of the only hotels that was not rebuilt after the war. The hotel was the site of hand-to-hand combat between the Serbian and Montenegrin armies and the Dubrovnik defenders during the war. Spend around 30 minutes at the only beach in Dubrovnik that’s not accessible on foot, and explore a fascinating cave. You can swim, snorkel, explore the cave, relax, eat, or sunbathe. Later you'll continue back...

Great tour with lots of interesting facts about the town. I would surely recommend it! A friend liked it so much, he did the tour twice in two days.

  • Mostar & Kravica Waterfall: Small Group Tour from Dubrovnik

    4. Mostar & Kravica Waterfall: Small Group Tour from Dubrovnik

Depart Dubrovnik and journey in a small group to the border of Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Continue to the small coastal town of Neum, admiring the pretty scenery of the Adriatic coast along the way. Make your way to the Kravica Waterfalls complex to see the amazing tufa cascades of the River Trebižat drop 25 meters through the lush green forest. In the springtime the force of the water can be truly dramatic, whilst in the summer and fall the pools become shallow enough for a refreshing swim. Next, drive to the historic city of Mostar to explore the old town and see the famous Old Bridge over the Neretva River. Take a short walking tour with a local guide and learn more about the town and its monuments. Benefit from some free time to explore on your own and enjoy a local meal. Travel back to Dubrovnik and get dropped off at your pick-up point.

This is a long tour = 12 hour day. Mostar can be hot in summer. Maria the tour guide does a great job with Dubrovnik Select Tours. Bus tends to be small, not so comfortable for long rides, but good value overall.

  • Dubrovnik: 3-Hour Sunset Sea Kayaking Tour

Join this kayaking adventure on the Adriatic Sea to visit Lokrum Island, Betina Cave and see the Elaphiti Islands at sunset. Your journey starts from the Old Town at the small port of Pile. From there, paddle around Lokrum Island and explore its caves. Upon your return, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a magnificent sunset in the direction of the Elaphite Islands. When you return to Pile port, some wine and a snack will be waiting for you.

We had a great experience which ended with an amazing sunset outside the city walls. Our two guides were brilliant and gave us information on history, wildlife and life in general in Dubrovnik and Croatia. We managed to have a stop off in a cove for snorkelling and stay ahead of some other larger groups.

  • Dubrovnik: City Walls Sunset Guided Tour

    6. Dubrovnik: City Walls Sunset Guided Tour

Discover the famous city walls of Dubrovnik, a beautiful reminder of distant medieval times. The city has preserved its city walls despite changing trends that once suggested any types of fortifications are obsolete and redundant. Dubrovnik is among a small few well-preserved medieval cities with 2 kilometer walls surrounding the town allowing for many breathtaking views. Admire the terracotta roofs and narrow streets from above. In addition, enjoy the clear vista over the Adriatic sea, revealing just about any boat on the horizon. This view explains why the city was successfully defended for centuries and since 1979, Dubrovnik is UNESCO protected. The town survived many wars, including the recent Homeland War from 1991-1995, but Dubrovnik was renewed in a manner that the damage is not visible. Discover why the city of Dubrovnik has inspired artists, writers and photographers as you exp...

The tour was well worth the money. The guide provided many insights and personal stories which made everything very interesting. So much history but given in chunks easy to digest and keep your attention. I would never want to walk the walls without the input of a local like our guide.

  • Dubrovnik: Half-Day Cave and Beach Tour with Lunch

    8. Dubrovnik: Half-Day Cave and Beach Tour with Lunch

Admire beautiful caves and the stunning sea on a 4-hour journey from Dubrovnik around Croatia's coast aboard a boat. Relax and enjoy drinks as you admire panoramic views of Croatia, picturesque caves, and beaches. Stop at the famous Blue Cave where you can jump into the water to swim or snorkel. Next, visit three more caves before relaxing on Šunj's sandy beach for an hour — one of the most famous beaches in the Dubrovnik region. Explore the open decks that allow you to feel the cooling sea breeze and while enjoying the striking blue waters of the sea that provide perfect photo opportunities.

Great time with a small group of strangers. A short trip around Kolocep island to explore caves. The first trio of caves is riveting, with the first one giving you an adrenaline rush, a little bit of danger but all worthy when you need Instagram material. Visiting the sandy beach comes in as a second stop and followed by the blue/green cave as your last stop. There are unlimited water and soft drinks, and the lunch for the day is a school sandwich. I advise using the sandy beach visit to get some čevapi or fried squid at the beach bar.

  • Dubrovnik: 2.5-Hour Kayaking Tour

    9. Dubrovnik: 2.5-Hour Kayaking Tour

The starting point for this tour will be from Pile Park Beach. Everyone will receive equipment and then your guide will give you a short explanation of the basics of kayaking, paddling, safety and similar issues.  First, go around the city walls passing near the old town port and going all the way to Betina Cave, where you will have a half an hour break for a snack, snorkeling, swimming, and cliff jumping. Afterwards, continue with your tour and paddle around the beautiful Lokrum Island with several stops at caves and various bays. You will also get to explore the Dubrovnik city walls from the water.

Awesome experience. Beautiful sunset. Bit colder than I thought due to slight wind blowing. Slightly smaller group than some of the other tours out at the same time which I think is much better. Definitely bring watershoes as the cave's beach has sharp pebbles and rocks where you get into the water.. Unfortunately not much to see when snorkeling and only goggles available due to covid (no snorkels)

  • Lokrum Island and Dubrovnik City Walls Tour by Kayak

    10. Lokrum Island and Dubrovnik City Walls Tour by Kayak

Make your way to Banje Beach to meet your guide and get a demonstration on how to kayak in safety. Then, paddle under the ancient fortifications of Dubrovnik's Old Town and make your way to the island of Lokrum. See the botanical gardens and the summer residence of the Austrian emperor Maximilian from the sea. Learn about the history of the area and hear about some of the mysterious legends from your guide. Kayak along the shore of the island and discover the hidden caves. Get some time to go for a swim at Betina Cave or snorkel with the amazing marine life. Enjoy the complimentary fresh fruit and drinks in the sun and take up the challenge and get an adrenalin rush on an incredible cliff jump.

This was probably the best thing I did in Dubrovnik. An amazing experience and views of the city from another perspective.

This tour was great! First the walking tour with Katija. It was great to hear all of her stories from working on the GoT set!! Loved hearing all of the details about the actors. She told us about every filming spot and had the pictures to correspond with it so it was nice to see the comparison. Great tour! In the afternoon, her husband Mario drove us around to see the spots outside of Old Town where they filmed. We loved seeing it the extra spots. The Arboretum was stunning and so was the view from up top of the mountain looking down at Old town. Lots of fun places fo see. So glad we did it! Exceptional tour :)

We had the walking and driving tour. Both tours were excellent. Katya did the walking tour - she worked on the GOT set, and had lots of amusing inside knowledge! Mario took us out of the town on the driving tour. Lots of great locations, plus he gave us loads of history on Croatia as well as GOT. Both tours included pictures from the actual series so you easily see the view from the series perspective. Great photo opportunities on both tours. Overall - very friendly and informative. Highly recommended

It was cool and comfortable to get the big picture of Dubrovnik from an air conditioned van. Pick up was prompt and polite. Our van driver went over and above to accommodate our wishes. We spent time at the War Museum and he gave us a firsthand account from his point of view. Also, allowed us a few minutes to grab a cold drink. Pleasant and informative.

Great experience! Everything a Game of Thrones fan could ask for! Very nice tour guides that had plenty of knowledge about GoT and some behind the scenes stories as well, and truly local insights into the city of Dubrovnik and its history.

It was great, we loved both tours with the guides (walking and driving tour). Do both !, to have the ultimate experience and best views.
