Really excellent start exposing the various social, political and economic factors behind the emigration., And the routes and destinations taken. I felt it tended to ose it's way a bit after that and degenerated into a list of famous emigre Irishmen end women. And amazed there was nothing on horseracing.

The museum was a 10/10 for me!! It was really informative but fun at the same time. The museum was different from others as it was more interactive and a modern feel to the museum which made it interesting and fun to go around learning about the history. I would definitely recommend to book the museum as part of your activities in Dublin!!

Invoked thinking about what people experienced; only issue I had was the music section, mainly noted the effectiveness of Irish music into American music. It had a great influence in Canada- the eastern provinces ie Newfoundland, New Brunswick etc. This was not stated. This type of music is still touring Canada.
