First a quick video hosted by the founder of the distillery. Next an efficient tour of the grounds and inside the church/distillery. Then a taste test of various whiskeys followed topped off with a gin taste, all very good and generous pours to say the least. I learned a lot about the process, and everyone was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

It was really a great experience to experience the distillery process and the history of the church. David F. has given us a great leadership. The following whiskey tasting was unfortunately very fast. Although we booked the Legacy Experience and were able to try everything, we were in 15 minutes with the Tasting through. The man behind the bar speaks very fast and unclear, which is why it is difficult for any native speaker to follow. Otherwise, it's just an example of how a distillery can be. The barrels are stored in Cork, where the main production takes place. Nevertheless, it was a very successful stay, which I can recommend to everyone.
