    Make your way through the mountain range of the Emirates on a tour with an expert guide. See incredible sand dunes, visit the Heritage Village in Hatta, drive through the UAE's longest tunnel to Kalba, explore the Fort in Fujairah, and much more. Experience a visit to UAE’s East Coast and Hatta. Your first stop is the magnificent Lehab sand dunes. Proceed to Hatta to pay a visit to the Heritage Village. Then enter the UAE’s longest tunnel carved straight through the mountain, and reach the coastal village of Kalba. In Kalba, stop at Khor Kalba, a reserved area famous for its mangrove marsh. Moving onward, visit Sheikh Saeed House which bears witness to an exciting past. In Fujairah, stop at the renovated 17th century Fort built on a hilltop overlooking the old village of Fujairah.

    On your return, stop to browse around the lively Friday Market set in the midst of the mountain landscape.

    Great day trip to the hinterland of the UAE!

    At over 40 degrees, usually few people come up with the idea to book a tour in the hinterland, so we were the only three of them and had the luck to catch a German-speaking travel guide. In the already family trip you can ask questions about all things and get exhaustive answers. You can see a lot of the landscape that you normally do not get to know (sand dunes, mountains, mangrove swamp). The outdoor museum in Hatta and the sultan's house in Kalba are the historical highlights to better understand the country and the people. For lunch, the guide had taken us to an Indian restaurant in Fujeirah that would never be a tourist, but we were simply overwhelmed by the taste and huge portions (and that at half the price of twice the amount of a mall). Food Court). Definitely recommended for those who want to get out of the malls in Dubei.

    Nice day trip outside the glittering world

    Well organized day trip to Hatta, sand dunes, Kalba, Fujarah and back to Dubai. A day trip not with a direct climax, but very interesting to see the inland and the mountains. For us it was almost a private tour. The tour was conducted in English, the tour guide also spoke good German, so that the explanations were in English, the other entertainment in German. A lot of information was given, including about the country and its people. If you have enough time and are also interested in the landscapes and culture, this is a successful change. (Warning: do not forget your passport, as it is a bit through Oman.)

    A nice tour that shows you the hard life outside the cities

    The tour leads through the village of Hatta with a charming old village. Our tour guide Simon from Sri Lanka spoke perfect German, responded to all questions and requests and explained a lot about the country and people outside the big cities. You felt extremely comfortable at your side. It is a very poor life what the people live there and I think it is important to see this part of the Emirates too. I would have imagined the mangrove forests differently. It looked. like a wild course of the Isar river. The sea was so green. This place didn't look like Arabia at all, it could have been anywhere in the world. There was a tour of a local museum through the locals and I have to say the men are highly trained and extremely friendly. The driver of the car came from India and I have to say that he was a top cast. You always felt safe. I can only recommend everyone who has the time and above all to see more than just the glittering world.
