My family really enjoyed this tour! Tour guide Abdallah is amazing! He’s very knowledgeable and explained many interesting aspects of the Emirati culture. We toured Al Seef, an Emirati house, the gold souk. Riding the abra was fun too. Highly recommend this tour!

Brillant tour! Mahmoud, our tour guide shared plenty of historical facts with us and answered all our question while we were walking around. You could tell straight away that he is passionate about his job yet he spreads a positive vibes all around. Everything was a tip-top including seeing places that you would never find walking around by yourself. Boat ride was excellent experience, Lunch was very tasty, and the souk experience was next to none. I would totally recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see an old town and have a great time. Mahmoud also gave us tips on how to barter with the vendors in all the different souks.

It was a great afternoon tour walking through the Heritage Village( found some great bargains for kaftans and scarves)the old town and visiting the souks. The tour lasted 3 hours. Mahmoud was friendly and a great tour guide who spoke English very well. The weather was great and the group was small and everyone enjoyed the experience. A shawarma lunch with drink was included in the price. Also included in the price was a ride on the local Abra (water taxi) which took us to the other side of the Creek to see the real old Dubai. Make sure you take water with you and wear comfortable shoes and clothes, together with either a hat or cap for protection from the sun as the heat can get quite intense The only downside was the constant being harassed by the shop vendors to buy things in the bazaar and souks. I would definitely recommend this tour especially for first time travellers coming to Dubai to include it in their itinerary.
