Full description

After pickup from your hotel in a 4x4 Land Cruiser, you’ll head off with your local guide to the desert, just 45 minutes from Dubai. Upon reaching the Lahbab Desert, you’ll have about 20 minutes to relax. For the more adventurous, you can try quad biking, which is an optional activity.  Once your 4x4 vehicle is ready, you will hit the desert for about 30-45 minutes of dune bashing. Feel your stomach leap as the Land Cruiser drives up and down the tall red dunes. Marvel at how the vehicle tackles impossibly steep inclines and the uneven terrain of the sand.

Enhance your desert adventure with an optional quad bike ride. Select this activity as an add-on at checkout and choose a bike for yourself or to share with one of your travel partners

After dune bashing, you will have a chance to try sandboarding or simply admire the scenery around you. Make sure you take plenty of photos of the scenic desert landscape.

The next stop is Al Khayma camp, where you’ll be welcomed with traditional Arabic coffee, sweets, and dates. Then, visit a camel farm to learn about how these animals are a key part of traditional Bedouin culture. After enjoying a short camel ride, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Dubai. If you have upgraded your tour to include brunch, be driven to the Al Khayma Heritage House in the Al Fahidi Historical District in Dubai. Here, enjoy an Arabian brunch with a menu consisting of traditional dishes, snacks, and hot and cold beverages (non-alcoholic).

The experience was great, and Mayan was an excellent guide/host. We had a great time, were picked up timely at the hotel and brought back exactly after 4 hours. Everything was great! The dates and Arabic coffee were amazing! We felt safe all the time, and there was as much cold water / soft drinks as one was wishing for. Thank you!

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish and couldn’t recommend the desert safari enough. Siddik, our guide, was second to none in his kind service, excellent knowledge of the Dubai and the deserts and also his driving skills as he buggied around the desert. We’ll be definitely recommending to others!

Roshin was our guide. Pick up was on time, as a matter of fact about 5 minutes early. He engaged in conversation and shared what he knew about the government and local people. He did not rush us through any activity. We rented the quad bike and the 4 wheeler which he made sure my son was looked after because 4 wheelers dont ride the same course as the quad bikes. He made sure we had cold water and additional refreshments at the camel ride. Water, soda, Arabic coffee, dates, and what looked like donuts. The dune ride was interesting, he did a great job being 3 in my group were over 65 years old. The ride was perfect for them. It will get you a little dizzy in the back and yes if you have back pain speak up. We paid for the lunch and the experience was awesome. I tried everything they put before us. Roshin did a great job. The only thing he forgot that my mom wanted to dress in the native clothing at the camel ride. Definitely go with this company, request Roshin if possible.
