If you've never been to the aquarium, I recommend this place. We've already been to larger oceanariums and that's why my overall impression was Good (four stars). There was no problem with the redemption of the reservation voucher, you can see many specimens in the aquarium, including a rare fish, guitar. At the zoo, we were impressed by alligators and otters. The glass-roofed boat ride is probably the weakest point of the sightseeing program and you can let it go. Reserve at least 2 hours for this trip.

The Dubai Mall is huge, so you couldn't find the ticket office straight away. But there are enough information boards that you can use to orient yourself. The numbering of the floors at the lifts was also a bit confusing. The aquarium extends over several floors. I bought the Explorer Tour with a simulation of a cartoon sea turtle, among other things. I think children especially enjoy this simulation, even if it was a little short with about 5 minutes.

The vouchers need to be exchanged at the aquarium ticket office. Expect a little crowd at the entrance near the ticket office. There are so many fishes and even a shark swimming inside the aquarium. Underwater Zoo also provides good experience. The best part was watching the crocodile swim in the enclosure.
