Ticket purchase was easy peasy. This castle was absolutely spectacular! Unfortunately we were on a tight schedule and weren’t able to tour the Medieval and WWII tunnels so my advice is allow at least 3 hours to see everything.

It is a very lovely place to go to with the family there is a very easy guide to walk round the grounds My little girl met the Queen in the castle just all round a very beautiful place

Worth every penny . A lovely castle to visit and lots to see . Views from the castle were lovely . The caves and hospital were very interesting .

All the staff were very friendly. Lunch hall was pretty bare by 2pm but not the end of the world! Overall, thoroughly enjoyable:)

It’s a fabulous day out, a must for history lovers. Only caution is lots of steep hills.
