Arriving at the desert camp, you will have a traditional Berber dinner along the famous flatbread prepared on open fire. Then spend the night under the starry Saharan sky, around the campfire. Day 2: Sahara Desert – Douz In the early morning, enjoy the charming sunrise camel ride and have a Berber breakfast, then continue to ride the camel through the remarkable dunes and fantastic landscape, from there, your Tunisian desert adventure will wind to a close, with a camel trek back to the initial meeting point, where your return transportation to Douz awaits. Arrival to Douz around 09/10AM.

Discover the desert outside of Douz on a guided dune riding safari. Enjoy the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities including a quad bike ride, camel ride and dinner with entertainment. You will be picked up from your hotel or selected location by your driver. Then, drive to the Douz desert and after a short break, you can experience the thrilling dune riding session with trained drivers. You can also try out sandboarding and snap some amazing photos of the rolling dunes. Proceed to the Camp for the camel and quad ride with included refreshments. Then continue to enjoy some entertainment shows and have a delicious BBQ dinner at the camp. As the tour comes to an end you will be dropped back to your hotel.

Day 1: Tunis/Hammamet/Sousse - Kairouan - Gafsa- Tozeur Get picked up from your accommodation and head to Kairouan, the holy city. Visit the famous mosque of Okbaa Ibn Nafaa, the mausoleum of Sidi Sahbi, and Aghlabide's Basins before continuing on to the Roman ruins of Sufetula. After touring the archeological site and having lunch, head to Tozeur, known as the oasis paradise. Stroll through the alleys of the old medina before checking in to a 5-star hotel for the night. Dinner Day 2 : Tozeur - Jeep 4x4 - Oasis Tour Head out in the morning to discover the incredible mountain oases of the area. Make a first stop at the village of Chebika, famous for its water source that springs from the side of the mountain. Afterwards, visit the gorgeous Tamerza Waterfall and the Mides Canyons. Journey over the sand dunes, through the old rally track, and cross the salt lake of Chott El Gharsa to reach the famous village of Mos Espa where much of the Star Wars movies were shot. Take in the intense colors of the sunset and enjoy a walk in the Mos Espa village before getting back to the hotel for dinner and overnight. Day 3: Tozeur - city tour - Optional Quad tour or Bedouine night or Spa and relax Breakfast and we will make city tour of Tozeur and free time. Optioanla you can go on a quad tour in the dunes. Day 4 : Tozeur - Chott Djerid - Douz - Matmata - El Jem - Tunis Leave Tozeur early in the morning and head to the salt lake of Chott Djerid, the largest salt lake in Northern Africa. Stop to admire the sunrise and see the first rays of sunshine land on a layer of salt stretching as far as the eye can see. Continue to Douz, the gateway to the desert where you will have time to take a camel-ride. Next stop is Matmata, an ancient troglodyte village. Visit a local host and enjoy a cup of rosemary tea served with olive oil and honey to tide you over until lunch. Stop for lunch on your way to the amphitheater of El Jem, an impressive Roman monument that rivals the Roman Colosseum. After touring the amphitheater, get returned to Tunis or Hammamet or Sousse

Day 1: After an early departure from your accommodation, embark on an oasis adventure with an overnight stay in a tent. The first stop will the Chebika Oasis, where you’ll visit an old village, stroll through the mountain landscapes, and discover hidden freshwater sources that spring from the side of the mountain.    Continue to Tamerza and pass by the massive waterfall before wandering through the magnificent canyons of Mides. In the afternoon, savor a local lunch at a homestay. Then, cross the famous salt lake of Chott Djerid towards the town of Douz, also known as the ‘gateway to the Sahara.’ With more than 5000 square kilometers, Chott Djerid is considered to be the largest chott in northern Africa. In Douz, visit the local market before heading to the sandy village of Sabria. Here, experience the dunes on camelback and watch the sunset change the color of the sand. Reach your desert camp before nightfall and enjoy an authentic desert night with a campfire and a demonstration of sand bread preparation under the stars. Savor dinner and enjoy an overnight stay in a tent. Day 2: Following breakfast, return to Douz, where you’ll have the possibility to join a quad or ULM ride that you can book onsite with local providers. After some leisure time, depart for Tozeur with a stop in Kebelli where you’ll enjoy a midday meal. Then, drive to Souk Lahad to visit the hot water castle and watch the cooling system for irrigation water that comes out of the ground to irrigate the palm groves of the region. Finally, visit the petrified sand dunes of Debebcha, a unique fossilized landscape shaped in the form of dunes before returning to your hotel in Tozeur, where your driver and guide bids you farewell.

Continue to ride the camel through the remarkable dunes and fantastic landscape. Following a morning pickup from your accommodation in Douz, meet your guide and hop aboard your vehicle. Then, leave the busy souks behind and travel out into the Golden Sand desert surrounding the city, where life ticks by at a far slower pace. Start your adventure with a 2-hour camel trek, and ride deeper into the Sahara desert with your cheich (traditional scarf) wrapped tight to protect you from the winds. Stop off at a village near the palm groves to enjoy the view. During your visit, perhaps chat to your hosts and gain insight into life outside the city. Then, pull on your helmet and goggles and hop onto your quad bike for an adrenaline-pumping, 2-hours spin along the dusty trails. Travel through ancient Berber villages and farms with your guide and enjoy panoramic views over the rugged terrain. When it’s time to head back to Douz, hop back aboard your vehicle for the return journey to your accommodation in the city where your tour will come to an end.
