What people are saying about Dong Bang Song Hong

Really great course. The market tour was very interesting, we were given options of what we wanted to cook and decided on Bùn Chá, spring rolls, banana salad, egg coffee. We prepared the ingredients and assembled each dish together and chef was very helpful and informative. We were offered beers or soft drinks throughout. The food was really delicious, the nicest I’ve had in Hanoi. A full recipe book with all the recipes for what we cooked and more was sent to us aster. Would highly recommend!

we had wonderful cooking time at Rise Kitchen recently during our trip in Hanoi. The class was conducted very professionally and Chef Simon was great with cooking skills and knowledge. He was most friendly and ensure we all had great fun. The villa was tastefully decorated and very clean. Thanks so much Chef Simon! Will definitely go for another cooking class when in Hanoi again...

This was a great way to learn about local produce and open yourself up to new foods. My fiancé and I were surprised with how interactive it was. Our chef Kevin was very funny and helpful throughout the class. We made three main courses and two desserts which left us more than satisfied. I definitely would recommend!

I had an excellent day navigating through the markets as we purchased our produce to cook. Our guide Apple was excellent in showing us Vietnamese cooking techniques. Our day was fun, informative, interactive and lastly tasty as we enjoyed the food that we had prepared and cooked.

Great class. Excellent location. Wonderful guide (Simon)
