  • Denver: Rocky Mountain Half-Day Explorer Trip

    1. Denver: Rocky Mountain Half-Day Explorer Trip

The foothills of the Rocky Mountains bear amazing views, dinosaur tracks, and the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. Drive along the historic Lariat Loop up Bear Creek Canyon and enjoy closer views of the Rockies.  Take a break along the way in Evergreen for a cup of coffee or a beer. Immerse yourself in some of the Wild West feel that Colorado has to offer.  Make a stop at Lookout Mountain for amazing views of the plains and the continental divide. This is the place where Buffalo Bill, the West’s first superstar, requested to be laid to rest.

The 8 hour of Rocky Mountain national park tour was a garbage but I still want to use this app because this tour was impeccable! You visit many places within 4 hours, all of which are so worth visiting. The tour is so compact but I could have enough time for everything!

  • Denver/Boulder: Rocky Mountain National Park Tour

    2. Denver/Boulder: Rocky Mountain National Park Tour

Enter the Rocky Mountain National Park and experience the wonders that inspired early explorers to push for the protection of its amazing landscape. See Long’s Peak, the park’s highest mountain, soaring into the sky at 14,259 feet. Admire glacial-carved valleys, filled with aspen and pine trees. From Denver, drive along the Front Range through Boulder with its famous Flatirons Rock Formations. Continue through canyons alive with wildlife up to Estes Park, the charming town at the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Once you have entered the park your guide will take you to the best spots for wildlife viewing, photographs, walks, or just relaxing. Throughout the summer the tour will take you up trail ridge road to 13,000 feet. In the winter the high alpine road is closed and more time will be spent discovering the valley and its crystal clear alpine lakes.

Aaron was very knowledgeable about the park, its history and the surrounding area. The park is beautiful. I would have liked to do a little more hiking, but it was a pretty windy day when we got up high.

  • Denver: Rocky Mountain Escape

    3. Denver: Rocky Mountain Escape

Explore the grand expanse of the Rocky Mountains with a 4-hour driving tour through off-the-beaten-path areas. After meeting your guide in an upscale car in central Denver, head off for an adventure through some of the country’s most stunning viewpoints. As you ascend towards the mountain peaks, breathe in the mountain air and take time to explore the scenic viewpoints, gazing down at the serene expanses below you. As you move between an array of vistas, your local guide will fill you in on Colorado’s diverse wildlife, as well as the urban culture that makes the state so unique. Afterwards, you'll head back down the mountain, filled with a sense of mountain serenity.

This experience was amazing. It was worth way more than what I paid for it. Our tour guide, Jed, was so experienced and knew a lot of the history of the mountains without boring us with unnecessary details. The scenery was beautiful and the amount of time we got to explore and walk around on our own was the best. There is a little town in Idaho Springs with a lot of small souvenir shops with everything you could think of. The van we were in was very comfortable, even with every seat filled. I would recommend this adventure to any and everyone, you will not be disappointed. I’m so glad I got to experience this and I will remember it forever!

  • Denver/Boulder: Rocky Mountain National Park Hike

    4. Denver/Boulder: Rocky Mountain National Park Hike

Get away from the crowds as you wander along the trails of the Rocky Mountain National Park. The 8-hour tour has been designed so you can truly experience the breathtaking beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park. Revel in the wilderness during a 4-mile hike but don't worry, there will be plenty of opportunities to sit and take in the view. The hike offers tree-framed views of snow-capped mountain ranges as far as the eye can see. You will have a chance to see the most beautiful spots in the Rockies and spot wildlife including elk, moose, eagles and more. If there is snow, snowshoes will be provided. Otherwise, make sure to bring your sturdy shoes with tread.

Mike is our guide and he had been given us an excellent service and knowledge about the whole state.

  • Denver: Full-Day Breckenridge Mountain Explorer Tour

    5. Denver: Full-Day Breckenridge Mountain Explorer Tour

Escape Denver and visit one of the most charming towns in the Rockies on this small-group tour. The drive up includes a stop at Red Rocks Amphitheater, one of the most beautiful and iconic concert venues in the world. Weather permitting, drive over the Continental Divide at Loveland Pass. At 11,900 feet, the view is like standing on top of the world. Along the way, pick up insights into Colorado's history and culture from an experienced and passionate guide. Finally, arrive in Breckenridge, one of Colorado’s most indelible mountain resorts. Enjoy free time to walk through the town, sit down for a meal, hike to the famous troll, or have fun in the snow in winter months. You’ll have plenty of time to explore before heading back to the Denver.

Enjoyed the narration and beautiful scenery all the way to Breckenridge. Ryan was a fantastic host and answered all questions. I felt safe in the COVID environment and enjoyed our group’s dynamics.
