1. From Sharm: Mount Moses Trekking, Sunrise & Monastery Visit

You will be picked up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh city between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Then you will travel in an air-conditioned vehicle for around 4 hours to reach the Moses Mountain. When you arrive at Mount Sinai you will start your trekking tour to the sacred place where the Prophet Moses received the 10 commandments. Reach 2,285 meters by climbing up 750 steps, strolling through the night (approx 2-3 hours depending on the customers). Depending on the performance of the group, you may arrive at the summit earlier than expected. This will give you a chance to really relax and marvel at the rising sun slowly scattering across the mountains in all its splendor. While gazing at the sunrise, snap awesome photos or pray if you wish to, then begin the descent back down. Remember, it will take around 2 hours to reach the bottom. Enjoy some time to rest after the long trail and then have breakfast.  Next, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of St. Catherine's Monastery. An amazing experience!!! The course is a little difficult but with the will and good shoes, it is really worth it. Remember to take warm clothes because it is very cold at altitude. The route is approximately 6km with a good drop. Climbing the stairs is not easy but you have to take your time. The reward is incredible with a sunrise surrounded by magnificent red granite!!!!

A very nice excursion, but you do need some fitness and a good pair of sturdy walking shoes. Please dress warmly. It is really cold on top of the mountain. We had a very nice guide both on the bus and on the mountain hike. They both took the time for us as tourists to stop and take pictures. A nice side effect, you can pay in the mountains with EGP as well as euros.

very nice experience. Ali is a great guide, it’s been a pleasure going with him. A special mention for Maram, who has been very helpful and nice in WhatsApp

We made this trip with guide Ali, and it was awesome. Ali is very knowledgeable and funny. The view from the top of the mountain is amazing.

Great trip. Worth every struggles. Met some really amazing people on my tour, couldn’t fault anything from start to finish
