We loved our tour. Mustapher, our driver, our tour guide, is great. He is prompt, knowledgeable, detail in all aspect, and good conservationist. We are a group of 3 friends+ Patrick, who we met in this tour, total 4. We had so much fun, good conversation, good information regarding Morocco, the country, different types of cultures, family etc. We get to see so much of this region, from Fez to Marrakech, different villages, towns, "cities" etc. He made different stops for us to experience the towns, and stretches. It's a lot of car time, but a lot of interesting, fantastic view. The Sahara desert is amazing, sunset, camel ride, Berber tent, dinner, camp fire and dancing. The next morning, we watch the sunrise, yummy breakfast, more camel ride, more sight seeing and learning from Mustapher, until the 2nd night in a beautiful hotel, we loved it. Great hot shower, yummy buffet dinner, great accommodation, and yummy buffet breakfast in the morning. Highlight of our trip. LoveLove

Highly recommend this, we had such an amazing holiday thanks again to our driver, Abdul for great memories! After reading some mixed reviews, we weren’t so sure to book the trip due to the long drives but the scenary of the landscape was definitely one of the best thing and made the long drives quite enjoyable despite the time spent. The desert experience and camel ride was very good, the Berber tent was bit less than what I had expected but fine for a nights stay, and accommodation for second night made up for it. Our driver was excellent, happy to share his wisdom and was very informative and kindly taking us around and making sure that we were good all the time. Overall we had lovely stay and unforgettable experiences and really appreciated our fortune to meet Abdul who definitely made our trip so much more enjoyable!

As others have said, there is a lot of driving involved (especially through mountains - be aware if you get car sick!), but this is fantastic if you want to see a lot of Morocco in a short period of time. The stops were really worthwhile and certainly made us feel as though we had seen more of the “real” Morocco, something we could not have organised ourselves. All the food and accommodation provided were great, the only thing that was a little inadequate was the bedding in the Berber tent, which was not warm enough for the conditions. Our driver was very good and let us stop when we needed for coffee and bathroom breaks, and even drove us away from a restaurant we didn’t like so that we had more choice for lunch. I would definitely recommend this tour, as you get a lot for the price!

Details that I think should be mentioned about this tour: - For the shared tour, we were 6 persons and the driver in a mini van. Our driver (not a guide, didn’t talk very much, as he didn’t know a lot of english) drove very well. - You drive around 10 hours every day, with 3-4 stops along the way. You stop at the same restaurants as all the other groups, so don’t expect neither great food quality, nor cheap prices. The same traditional food every time (tajine, couscous), with prices around 100 dirham/lunch. - The camel ride in the desert takes about 40 minutes; the camp has some tents, each with its own “bathroom”. It gets very cold at night. Overall, the things you get for this price are quite ok, but expect a lot of tourist traps and a lot of driving.

We definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Morocco for at least 4 days. There is quite a large amount of time spent in the car, though it is worth the effort and wait. You will enjoy the trip, seeing breathtaking natural landscapes, and the destinations, experiencing true customs as a local. Both drivers (we had Simo and Mohamed) and the guides (at the desert camp and in Rissani market) are well informed, flexible, extremely kind and professional! The hotel and its facilities in ouarzazate were simply perfect.
