On the 16th of March, 1968, soldiers of Charlie Company - 1st Battalion, the 20th Infantry Regiment and the 11th Brigade of the American Division entered into My Lai Village looking for Viet Cong soldiers. American soldiers suspected that enemies were hiding in the village and were being protected by villagers. This unfortunately led to the mass murder of over 300 unarmed civilians including women, children and elderly parents. Choose from a private or shared tour to visit the historical site of My Lai and get a reverent insight into the tragedies of the Vietnam War.
