After stress of being forgotten, satisfactory solution.

Scheduled for 7:00 am, at 9:00 we made contact to know why the delay. Return that we had not confirmed. Well, we pay on time. We exchange emails with identity numbers. On the third call (two dropped) an extremely attentive attendant sought the solution by reversing the ride: we got off the van and returned by train. Special thanks for the "up grade" that made the tour more wonderful than we expected. Kudos to the girl who answered us both on the phone and on arrival. Aside from the first stress, everything else was great. Very attentive driver and guide. Service in the special car beyond expectation. Anyway, very well attended. Also the Sunday afternoon tour, hired to visit the main points of the city, of excellent quality, with great care of the guide made available to us.
