Everything about the transfer went off well with little complaints. The only problem we had was we were told the bus come down our street to the hotel so they would pick us up at the BP Gas station on the corner. We walked and waited there, but the bus never came to the station. They waited at the corner where the hotel was. Luckily I started looking around for it when it was due to arrive and saw them sitting way down the street - had to run to them to get on and the driver seemed to not know we were told to meet at the BP. Be careful of the meeting point they give you. Other than that, once on the bus it went great and they got us to our flight with plenty of time.

very dirty bus that smelled of cigarette smoke and the seats were really dirty/old. staff was rude about the fact that I couldn't find them waiting for me at the arrivals even though they had said someone would be waiting with a sign with my name on it when in fact it was just a sign with the company name. Poor service for the price, having taken the public bus services throughout my stay I can say they are way better and cheaper than this service. I recommend using the public bus service instead of this shared shuttle. I cancelled my booking for the return and took the bus to the airport instead and it was perfect: clean seats and aircon. Do not recommend.
